Markham Thunder All-Star and Canadian Olympian Laura Stacey joins The Hockey Illuminati for Episode 09. Laura shares with us her magical journey from the time she was 8 years old, to becoming the Captain of Dartmouth College, to becoming a CWHL All-Star, to getting thrown into arguably the Olympics most bitter rivalry. We also chat with Laura about a CWHL championship celebration that almost went horribly wrong, what its like being the great granddaughter of an NHL legend, a scary injury during her senior year of college that forced her into wearing a beer dispensing hat at parties and what exactly makes the lead up to the Olympics so stressful.
