A simple quote can change the way you work and the way you live. There are five quote cards pinned above my desk. These aren't just words. They're reminders that help me think better, focus more, and take care of what matters. I share what each quote means to me and why this week I decided to swap one out. In its place? "Do your best and forgive yourself," a phrase that's stuck with me since Mike Simmons brought it up. Dan Cockrell joins the episode to unpack in his own words, since it came from his grandfather. Jeff Noel also stops by to share the quotes that guide his life and work.
Read my blog for more on how short quotes can make a long-term difference.
