A year ago, this week, we opened an additional book warehouse in Cleveland, OH (not so coincidentally, this is also where Microcosm was founded). Wow! What an adventure. From turning on the electricity to occupancy permits to setting up sales tax exposure in a new state, we learned a lot. And we've laid it all out here!
