Description

So the news out of India is 50 of their soldiers were killed in Kashmir bombing. The likely culprit is Pakistan. Obviously. 

 

There are a lot of folks clamoring for a response. But how does India engage in a proportional response and not trigger a wider nuclear conflict? 

 

And what kind of responses are the least likely to be "misread" as an all out attack? This triggering a wider war.
