Description

Many of fear being vulnerable for fear of rejection.  Vulnerability helps tear down walls and opens your heart to give and to receive love.  Not being vulnerable is playing it safe.  It keeps us protected.  While protecting us it also keeps us from the opportunity to grow, flourish.  Keeps us from relationships.

Putting yourself out there is not necessarily winning or losing.  It's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.  The willingness to say "I love you" first.  It's being willing to bring an idea to the table that has never been heard before.  It's being willing to tell your story.
