Description

We’ve Never Been in Love Before is a lighthearted night featuring a collection of the greatest love songs of Broadway. Alister Kingsley talks about the show, how he and Owen McCredie came to work together and the song selection. The show is on at Chapel Off Chapel.

Travesties, showing at 45 Downstairs, is a super-fun, crazy high-energy show set in Zurich in 1917 and told through the memory of a character named Henry Kerr reliving his days during the war when he was there with Lenin, James Joyce, Tristan Tzara, and other revolutionary characters. Jennifer Dean (Director), and cast members Johnathan Peck & Matthew Connell tell all about the show, its music and the James Joyce significance.

Music in this episode includes: Dead Mom (Beetlejuice), It’s Not About Me (The Prom), I won’t Let you Down (Tootsie the Musical), Wait For Me (Hadestown), Oklahoma (Oklahoma), and Defying Gravity (Wicked).
