In today's episode I am talking to Jessie Hoffman, a registered dietitian with a PhD in Nutritional Sciences who is also a Professor & Gut Health Researcher. This powerhouse is on a mission to help people overcome their gut issues and really understand why their gut health matters.
 
During our conversation Jessie shares her own experience with eating disorders, gut health issues and her relationship with exercise. She covers what leaky gut actually is, whether or not sugar is the bad guy we can blame for all our gut problems and whether or not you need to start adopting a detox cleanse.
