Listen in, and learn as Dr. Lynn Owens, a tenured professor at Montana State University, will be training on the importance of authentic relationships. For the past 20 years, she has conducted research and taught on how to create the type of relationship in which people truly feel that you care for and about them. Specific strategies for reflecting on current relationships and building new ones will be discussed. Focusing on relationship first, participants will learn a three step approach to entering into relationship effectively along with understanding specifically why or how those relationships do or do not work out.
