Healing with humor

JP Sears and I wanted to make a series of podcasts that will help you heal from within. Therefore, we have chosen to do so by starting with the foundation. “The foundation” as I call it, was aired one week ago, titled “vulnerability”.

•             What story are you telling yourself?
•            Whose story are you carrying around?
•             Don’t shame yourself
•              Feel what you feel

For our listeners to reflect on: Pick a story that carries some weight to it. Rewrite it as a joke.
