(40:05) Another week in the the books for Kansas City Royals baseball and halfway through the season, the Royals stand at 12-18. The guys break down the last week, assess the first half of the season and discuss whether the Royals should be buyers, sellers or stand pat for the upcoming trade deadline.

(52:01) Checking in with the Kansas City Chiefs and a couple of personnel updates on this episode. Mike Pennel is suspended for the first 2 games of the 2020 season. The Chiefs also signed former Dolphins safety Adrian Colbert. Finally, the Chiefs announced they will ban fans wearing any Native American imagery at Arrowhead Stadium. The guys discuss.
