Tommy Castor and Weston Mills are back for a new episode and joined by anoter very special guest to kick off the show!

(04:18): Last week, we did a full Wichita State basketball preview with Aliyah Funschelle, this week, we're talking with Gary Bedore from the Kansas City Star about all things Kansas Jayhawks basketball. At the time of the recording, KU is still scheduled to kick off the season on Thanksgiving against the #1 Gonzaga Bulldogs. Gary discusses what the season may look like for KU, updates on returning players and who may be stepping up for the Jayhawks. Gary also discusses Devon Dotson and Udoka Azubuike and how they both fared in the NBA Draft.

(35:07) In Wichita State Shocker basketball news, the team is heading home from Sioux Falls, South Dakota after multiple COVID-19 cases among the traveling party. The Shockers pull out of the Bad Boy Mowers Crossover Tournament scheduled for later this week. Also, Wichita State hires former Texas A&M head coach Billy Kennedy to round out Isaac Brown's staff at WSU. Plus, Fred Van Vleet signs the largest NBA contract ever for an undrafted player. Tommy and Weston discuss all of this.

(48:57): So Raider Week has come and gone for Kansas City and the Chiefs escape Las Vegas with a close win on Sunday Night Football, 35-31. Tommy and Weston talk about the Raider game, how Patrick Mahomes saved the team in the final minute, plus ongoing concerns with the Chiefs defense, specifically the front 4 of Kansas City. The Chiefs travel to Tampa to take on Tom Brady and the Bucs this Sunday.

(1:03:37): Farmageddeon was a blowout last Saturday as #17 Iowa State routed the Kansas State Wildcats 45-0. Tommy and Weston discuss where K-State stands right now and what may be on the horizon for the final games, now that the Big 12 title seems out of reach for the Cats.

(1:09:20): Our #WichitaWhiparound's starts off with the news that KSHAA has decided to start the Winter Sports schedule on time, albeit with no spectators allowed. Other than that, all sports, including basketball, around the state will begin on time. It is all about Kansas high school playoff football. Weston and Tommy discuss the Wichita metro schools that are moving in the State Championship Round this weekend. Derby represents in 6A, Wichita Northwest in 5A, Arkansas City in 4A and Weston's alma mater, Andale in 3A.

(1:19:36): Our #FinallyFunny is actually in two parts. Weston discusses the Derek Carr memes after the Chiefs win in Las Vegas, plus Chiefs player Khalen Saunders putting the whole Victory Lap debacle to bed.
