As the battle over Brett Kavanaughs nomination to the Supreme Court reached a fever pitch we turn to Megan Peterson, Executive Director of Gender Justice for analysis of how Senators said they would vote and what a court with Kavanaugh on it would look like. Then, filmmaker Frances Causey will join us to discuss her newest documentary, The Long Shadow. In it she explores her own familys history of enslaving black people and how slavery ensured inequality between races.
