What exactly are "military toxics"? And how do they affect the environment
and communities adjacent to decommissioned military facilities? Military
toxics on the island of Vieques was a high profile issue in the media a
little over a year ago. Terra Verde takes a look at what is going on now in
Vieques, as well as military toxics issues in our own backyard, here in the
