Kyoto and California
The Kyoto Protocol came into force on February 16, 2005. How might climate change impact California specifically? What state and local government initiatives might bring California into compliance with the Kyoto Protocol? Terre Verde will be in conversation with the Union of Concerned Scientists’ California Climate Change program, International council for Local Environmental Initiatives’ Cities for Climate Protection Campaign, and the Environmental Justice and Climate Change Initiative.
