In 2004, I received an anonymous tip where Paul Flores told a gal pal of his during an all-night methamphetamine party that he killed Kristin and was laughing at the cops because they would never find her even though he buried Kristin close by. We know that Paul did not have many (if any) female friends in the aftermath of Kristin's disappearance so we are hopeful someone will recognize who the woman is and send in a tip.
