David Grabiner is an innovative real estate investor. His practical, educational, and financially astute IG posts @diy_landlord have helped many improve their real estate portfolios. Beginning with $12,500 and single quadplex in 2014, his portfolio is now valued at over $15,000,000. David grew up in the bush of Zambia learning how to use dogs and spears to hunt monkeys and cane rats. He became the youngest person to Kayak the Zambezi river at the age of 14. At 16 he coordinated famine relief with World Food Programme in Zambia. After college he returned to Africa and managed a thriving hospital in Congo. The skills learned in those settings enable him to bring a fresh perspective to changing economic times. David currently lives in Chattanooga Tennessee with his wife Eliana and their four children.
