Lynda McDermott is an author, certified speaking professional, and the founder and president of EquiPro International (founded in 1987).  She is the author of the brand new book – Stay in the Game Leadership Playbook. EquiPro is an international strategic management consulting firm, specializing in leadership, team and business development, and alliance management. They provide consulting and executive coaching to Fortune 500, medium-size and entrepreneurial companies and professional services firms.

Lynda has over 25 years of experience in helping individuals and teams get the results they want by enhancing their leadership, team, business development, and alliance management capabilities. She has worked in management and organizational development for her entire career.
