This week’s “How She Finds Purpose” insight comes from Kim O’Neill. She says -
Ultimately, you're looking then for a deeper sense of connection and you have access to that right within you.
“Tapping into your creativity, your emotions, what makes you happy, really spending time on those things and allowing yourself to feel and move through and savor and carve out time in your schedule, like, really valuing what your emotions and and all these things bring to your life is going to amplify and elevate all these other areas, especially if you're looking for a deeper sense of purpose. Because, ultimately, you're looking then for a deeper sense of connection and you have access to that right within you.”
Kim is a three time best selling author, including being the co-author on a book featuring Jack Canfield and Bob Proctor, which happens to be award winning. And the title is Navigating The Clickety Clack, How To Live a Peace Filled Life in a Seemingly Toxic World. She's also the host of the Every Day is a New Day show and co-host of the Let's Talk Fabulous show.
Kim is an award winning, twice certified coach. And if that's not enough, she takes a holistic approach in her coaching. She coaches strong, heart centered women who feel like they've lost themselves and would love to reclaim their authentic vibrant self.
