It's January which most likely means that you have either started a new diet, joined the gym, or made resolutions to be better than you were last year. But odds are that you most likely haven't really seen the huge transformation your hoping for in the last 30 days! And how could you? With the mass marketing of diet plans, personal health coaches, products and services that offer the quick fix to a new you it's impossible to ever feel like you have succeeded if you are modeling "their" version of success.

Our challenge to you this year is to not try to become someone else but to take the approach of "New Year, same you, just elevated". Elevated to a healthier version, a happier version, or even a more mindful version of who you were last year. These are goals that don't have a measurement set by anyone other than you! And those are the goals we believe you can achieve.

  1. So stop trying transformation and just try elevation and see if you find small victories that build momentum to the larger ones.  Set smaller goals that are achievable.
  2. Social media should not set the marker for "your" personal success
  3. Your journey is unique to you and will never look the same as someone else's.
  4. God made you unique, thrive with that mindset.
