For those of us in small business we know what it is like to compete against "the big dogs" and sometimes feel like it would be great to just glean some of their knowledge and implement it in our systems. But the reality is the lure of the big business can leave us wondering what is going on in there as you quickly realize they have challenges and dysfunctional processes like all other businesses.
