The purpose is maybe the construction of a vacation home. The length and width of the road in the picture is appropriate for low traffic. The vehicles can't develop high speed. The panorama resembles a place away from an urban center. We can see some vegetation above the hills. There is a little bush beside the palm tree. Dafne is near the road.
