Andrew Safer is a mindfulness-awareness meditation instructor and trainer, workshop presenter, and writer based in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada. A 50-year mindfulness practitioner and 25-year instructor, Andrew develops and implements programs for the healthcare, education, business, and criminal justice sectors. His book, Anxiety, Stress & Mindfulness: A Do-It-Yourself Guide to Wellness, was published by 2nd Tier Publishing in the Spring of 2018.
