When we think about building a new habit, we tend to think about what we have to "give up" in order to get a result. If you're trying to eat better and lose weight, a lot of the frustration comes from thinking you have to restrict yourself from certain foods in order to eat better. But restrictions cause us to see our goal as negative, which can be a reason we don't follow through. Looking at your habits and what you'd like to change, from a perspective of addition instead of subtraction can dramatically shift your results!
