Melinda Schnabel, Vice President of Housing for IEI and her team have faced major work challenges during the pandemic and had to find creative solutions to be able to provide the same stellar services to the housing authorities that they assist. The team pivoted to implement virtual housing quality inspections. A virtual process was developed and this critical work got back on track to allow timely placement of program participants and ensured safe living conditions were maintained in the housing programs.
