- That could be creating a plan thinking about what you're writing down what you want to change
- Realize you are not alone find a group of friends a man coach and mentor
- Share within the select group share your struggles your successes and be open and honest
- Start taking up the new person by embracing the real you stop comparing yourself to others start embracing who you are and who you want to become
