Description

We are all familiar with the idea of "goal weight". It's the ever-elusive number on the scale that you imagine you'd feel you're most confident at. 

When I was 39 years old I found what I now call my happy weight, the operative word being happy, and have maintained it for 6 years. 

On today's show I'm going to share with you my definition of happy weight and how you can find yours, too.
