Josie is an autoimmune and mental health expert. She developed alcoholism, anxiety/depression, and was suicidal in her adolescence. After struggling for years with her mind and behaviors, Josie has completely resolved all her addiction and mental health issues. She is now a responsible social drinker and is emotionally at peace. She is a businesswoman and uses her experience with addiction and her past challenges to help individuals emotionally heal as she has.
She enjoys road trips, birdwatching, camping, and hiking in her beautiful home state of Colorado. She is thankful for the gift of her past and lives in gratitude.
