John Galvany and I completed the GO RUCK Star Course in NYC. This event was incredibly difficult.

Here's a little bit about John. He's an athletic trainer at Dominican College, a father, retired from the Airforce, and a badass. He's a good friend of mine and that's why we chose to do this crazy event together. It's hard to find people willing to push the limits this far. John was ALL IN!
