The majority of us have lost the connection between us and the earth and there are powerful benefits to reconnecting to it. How do we do this? Through grounding and earthing and I promise it's much easier than it sounds. Standing in the grass barefoot for example is a great way to ground yourself and reap the benefits including reducing inflammation and pain, improves blood flow and energy, and more!
