I get asked a lot, "How do you stay so motivated?" Truthfully, I've figured out that motivation isn't the key driver to action or success. I don't want you to be discouraged by that truth though. While it took time, I trained and developed discipline in my life that, on the outside, looks like motivation. I'm sure you've heard this from a lot of other coaches too but I want to break down why you have control over your discipline if you put the time in to train it vs motivation which is fleeting and unreliable.
