It is not an exaggeration to say that focusing on my mental health the past few years has led to my biggest leaps in business, fitness, and overall happiness. Two clubs that I have been apart of for some time now are the journal club and meditation club. These two habits have dramatically changed my life and the lives of my clients and I know if you give them a chance even if you start out skeptical, they can change your life too.
