Dave Snehal is a multi-faceted entrepreneur with expertise in real estate investment sales. After being laid off from his engineering job in 2002, Dave joined his family's car dealership and learned valuable lessons about specialization and positioning oneself as an expert. He transitioned to real estate in 2015 and now focuses on commercial multi-family investment sales with eXp Commercial. He co-founded Synergy REI in 2021, which offers investment opportunities in recession-resistant commercial real estate projects. In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and donating to various causes.
