Description

Robin Rorex is committed to being the bridge between the wisdom of spirit and the reality of being human, and she's bringing us along for the ride. The cultural landscape is shifting right now to a place where traditionally feminine qualities are now being more valued in leadership roles in the workplace, and Robin's work as a healer and sister circle facilitator is a beacon to those who are navigating these changing waters. Her commitment to this calling, combined with her twenty-plus years of senior-leadership at Nike, uniquely positions her to be one of the leading voices in this cultural shift.

Robin is one of the incredible sisters I had the privilege of connecting with at Rebecca Campbell's Rise Sister Rise retreat at Omega Institute, who have not only inspired me with the work that has been activated and put out into the world in the short amount of time since the retreat, but who have reminded me, as Robin puts so beautifully, to make every step I take a walk towards my own heart so that by healing myself, I can better serve the world.

Robin Rorex: Facilitator. Activator. Healing Storyteller.

I believe the world needs a revolution that calls forward the brave, grounded, wise and compassionate presence of all leaders. I believe it is time for women to RISE, claim their power, show up with their whole hearts and generate a new leadership paradigm. I believe that before we serve others, we must first turn toward our own pain and discomfort, tenderly healing our own hearts.

Robin is the founder of Grace Sisterhood Circles and the chief storyteller for Dirty Bird Diaries, both deep inward-facing experiences designed to open hearts, awaken authenticity and tap into the wisdom of inner-knowing. She is also a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator TM, a courage-building program based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. In support of individuals, teams and organizations moving from armored leadership to daring leadership, it is a privilege for her to teach this powerful and transformational work.

Her street and work cred includes two decades of senior-level leadership experience at Nike, growing the business, building the brand and developing future talent. Most recently, she was the President of a Whole Person leadership development company that delivers award-winning behavior change programs inside corporations. Her commitment, in all the work she does, is to normalize our shared humanity, liberate love and create brave spaces where we can all show up and be seen.

When she’s not doing her own work to become the person she came her to be, you can find her loving on her four-legged babies, renovating mid-century modern homes with her wife in Palm
Springs or singing Johnny Cash songs at the top of her lungs. You can find out more about Robin by signing up for Dirty Bird Diaries and check out Grace at https://www.i-am-grace.com/
