Friends. These times can be brutal. I get it. My heart aches with you. I also see the beauty and gifts that can come of this. I teeter on the brink of both sides daily, but my spiritual practice, and connection with my beloved community, helps bring me back to center.
In lieu of an interview this week, this episode is more of a heart-to-heart from me to you.
This imposed isolation has pulled the rug out from so many, sending them inward in a way they haven't experienced before and bringing up questions never yet considered, activating a wave of spiritual awakenings across the planet. In this episode, I address that and read you a couple of passages that can help give perspective on our current situation: one from one of my greatest teachers, Rebecca Campbell from her book, Rise Sister Rise, as well as the introduction to my book, The ABCs of Awakening: A Dictionary for the Emerging Soul.
Things may feel different than ever before. Don't lose heart. Rock bottom can sometimes unlock the most beautiful, tender and magical parts of ourselves. Feel everything, take nothing for granted.
