A journey to self love through acceptance, is an episode that has been hovering around the podcast for quite a bit of time. I have learned and worked on many different "self love" affirmations and methods. Countless hours of meditation, all working to go beyond the intellectual understanding of what it means to "love yourself".

I have found that there was one crucial part missing... I wast trying to apply love to parts of myself that I hadn't yet fully accepted as being part of me.

Realizing for myself that acceptance had to come first...

As a result of accepting fully those parts of myself from within that I had blocked or banished to the shadows, the emotion of love was able to flow to and through me as a result.

Today we dive into just how we can do this exact same thing, and shift your awakening journey to another level of awareness and integration with Self.
