I always like to make sure that I not only talk about my own previous personal path and journey to find my higher self or source.. but also new things that I find myself attracted to that represent new potentials, greater awareness and a sense of conscious expansion that I didn't know was possible. I have been focused very much on my breathing and how it relates to states of consciousness and overall states of being for quite a while now.. I recently however came upon another creator and spiritual guide through a mediation course that I'm personally taking. There was a link to a breathwork activity connected as part of the program and I dove in right away.. It was led by (Joshuamichael1147) and it was one of the more intense experiences that I've had ... By the end of this beautiful cathartic 20ish minute journey inwards.. I found myself experiencing somewhat of what I would compare a "runners high" to ... I've also done my fair share of plant medicine meditations and this experience had very similar characteristics to a mild version of one of those sessions when I was done... This lasted for days... Bringing more conscious awareness to my breath and how this flows in my moments has been what I feel is another "level" or deeper access to a portion of my reality that I was unaware of until recently .. Today we talk about what this was like, how I have used it in my days since finding this.. and also how we can all take a moment more to shine light onto our breathing process so we can allow greater conscious access through it !
