Thank you so much for joining me today! What you need to know to actually transcend your past. Have you been doing the work..?? Have you uncovered some of your unhealthy or unwanted patterns in your life.. You've been journaling and scripting.. Meditating and being mindful.. really doing your best to embody and be the higher vibrational version of you that you have felt this inner pull to become... And then BAMMMMMMMM.... something happens to make you feel as though you are starting over at ground zero... Absolutely going backwards... and then the lower vibrational fear based voice of your "past" kicks in... the energy of judgment.. fear... frustration .. it ALLLL comes out again through you....
WHAT YOU DO NEXT is the most important part of this process.. and today we dive reallllly deep into that process so that you can actually transcend your past and shift to the reality that reflects the higher version of you that you have been working on for so long. The truth is there IS a pattern to this.. and you may be finding yourself in the final stages of this loop or cycle of your energy release.
There is ONE thing that actually keeps us from entering into the next higher conscious reality... Judgment of the emotional release itself... Judgment repeats the energetic cycle.. and will cause you to relive that experience in some way shape or form in order to apply the new perspective we need to gain from living in that suffering for that long..
