With over 25 years of experience, Tim has designed and delivered numerous national and global training programs. He's also served as the President of Grand Dynamics International, a company based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, specializing in experiential training and development.
I first met Tim over 20 years ago at an experiential learning conference. He has never stopped pushing himself to learn more about human performance. His life is his lab.
We reconnected during COVID to explore the possibilities of using virtual tools to help people and teams reach their full potential. This work culminated in the ALL IN Cold Water Plunge on New Year's Day 2021.
