Today on the podcast, I start a new series of sorts, "Amongst Friends." The idea of dialoguing with close friends about a specific topic. In this episode, I talk with my dear friend Anna Brawner about maintaining healthy rhythms. It is a follow-up to Episode 10, "Creating Healthy Rhythms - 6 Steps." I thought it might be helpful to flush out the concept of healthy rhythms and the struggles that come along with maintaining them in our lives.
