Today on the podcast, I do something a bit different. I share about the importance of connecting back with the body and how in doing so, we're grounded in ourselves and in the present moment. I read a short, 5-minute meditation from the book "Practicing Mindfulness: 75 Essential Meditations to Reduce Stress, Improve Mental Health, and Find Peace in the Everyday" by Matthew Sockolov.
