In this Sitch on Saturday, I'm talking about some simple changes you can bring to your life to switch your words and your thoughts and start going after what you want in life! 

I began my transformation at age 42 with a bleak outcome of what I thought my life would like at age 50.  I made a decision one day to change my mindset and start focusing on how I COULD change instead of focusing on how HARD it was to lose weight, build two businesses, and get in the best shape of my life by 50.  All of these things seemed impossible to me but I held tight to my dreams and I stuck with it.  

I talk about Jen Sincero's, You Are A Badass, and You Are a Badass at Making Money and her tips to Busting Yourself and Watch Your Mouth.  

Jen Sincero gives an awesome demonstration of how you can choose "new" words to replace the negative and change your life.  She has done it as she was in the same boat as me, negative and lacking confidence in her ability to change.
