 In this Sitch on Saturday, the situation I talk about is my own experience with brain fog and fuzzy thinking during perimenopause and menopause.  I share a story from the day I decided to take my health more seriously and use nutrition and exercise to change my foggy brain and become a health advocate for myself.

I share The Wisdom of Menopause, by Dr. Christiane Northrup and some of her solutions to change how your brain functions in menopause.  Her book, Goddesses Never Age, changed the way I look at aging and my healthy - a game changer for me!
