In this episode, Claire and Sophie interview Helen Timmins who is a classroom assistant at Toot Hill School. Helen is gearing up to do a charity swim across the Channel next week! She talks us through the training and her love of open water swimming.
Helen is swimming the Channel to raise money for the Hub at Toot Hill School. The Hub is an area where students with mental health issues can go to talk and relax.
