Pau Lester is an Energy Coach that guides people to connect with their heart so they can reset their energy and live their best life. Originally from Mexico City, she struggled with auto inmune disorders since she was a young child. In her teens she started battling with addictions as a result of being disconnected from her "faulty body" She studied business administration and had a succesful carrer in Market Research but left it all behind when she followed her intuition after her first awakening and moved by herself to New Zealand where she created a beautiful life from scratch and where she lived for 8 years before moving back to Mexico to connect deeper and heal her body from her addictions and autoinmune disorder. She's a certified Quantum Flow practitioner and and is now on a mission to inspire and guide others to flow in this human life based on full health, freedom and abundance.
