Hello there, Lovers! This new episode of Love Your Bodd is focused on helping you get over those feelings of being overwhelmed. In life, in your job, in your relationship ... whatever it is you are going through, you can get through it! Here are the tips:

  1. Brain Dump! Get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper - dump it out! Then organize it, prioritize it, and schedule it! 
  2. Take a deep breath, focus on breathing and being in the moment. 
  3. Delegate what you can. Outsource. 
  4. Get an accountability buddy! 
  5. TAKE ACTION! 
  6. LET GO OF PERFECTION.

Failure is always an option. Not that you should focus on failure - please don't focus on failure - just know that it's always a possibility. You can set yourself up for success, but you can never be prepared for every bad thing that could happen.
