Description

In this episode, I talked about the importance of being intentional with our thoughts and how it can lead to a better life. Thoughts are not facts and that we have the power to choose which thoughts to believe. I will explain the concept of neuroplasticity and the brain's motivational triad, which drives our behavior. Warriors, slow down and become aware of your thinking. I introduce a simple tool called a brain dump to help gain control over the bully brain.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Thoughts are not facts; we have the power to choose which thoughts to believe.
  2. Our brain's main job is to keep us alive, and it is motivated by avoiding pain, seeking pleasure, and conserving energy.
  3. Slowing down and becoming aware of our thinking can help us take control of our lives.
  4. A brain dump, where we write down our thoughts for a minute, can be a powerful tool to gain control over our thinking.
