The holidays can bring joy AND… stress. Between the parties, the pressure, and the people-pleasing, it's easy to slip into that "F it" mindset with our wellness and mental health habits.  
Which is why many of us, myself included, get to January feeling down on ourselves and/or like our wellness is broken and we need massive change. Now. Dammit.

And yet, we know that mindset doesn't work. Did you know that more than 90% of people quit their new years resolutions before 20 days have passed?! By January 17th! 

This year and in this episode of the Love Your Life Show, I'm inviting you to try something gentler: a good enough mindset. Instead of throwing your wellness out the window until January, what if you took just one minute to reset?
