Liz is the Director of DNA Group, and an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist with 20 years experience. Through various private practice, community and corporate settings, Liz has developed specialised skills for weight management and individualised nutrition counselling.

Liz has a personal interest in lower carbohydrate approach to support metabolic health and has helped set thousands of clients on a path towards improved health and wellbeing. Liz can help with Meal planning individualised to your unique preferences and utilises both traditional and Non-Diet Approach to weight concern, catering from inactive to high performance athletes.

Each week for 12 weeks you can login to your learning platform to access videos, worksheets and resources that I use with my clients in clinic. You will receive recipes, shopping lists and weekly meal plans, be guided on nutrition and behaviour change topics, plus be part of the exclusive Metabolic Makeover facebook group.

Liz will address your questions 1:1 and roadblocks as they come up, plus you can interact with your peers who will all be at a similar stage.
