Jamey Stegmaier é co-fundador da Stonemaier Games, além de ser game designer, youtuber e escritor. Ele nasceu em 1981 no estado de Virgínia. Como escritor ele publicou o livro: “A Crowdfunder´s Strategy Guide”
Seu primeiro jogo foi o Viticulture, lançado em 2011 via Kickstarter.
Seguido por Euphoria: Construindo uma Melhor Distopia (2013), Scythe (2016), Chaterstone (2017) e Tapestry em 2019.
Mesmo com uma curta carreira com game designer, Jamey se destaca pela incrível produção dos seus jogos, suas estratégias de divulgação, além de um crescente número de fãs.
