Last week, deadly tornadoes ripped through Nashville and Middle Tennessee. My family made it through the storm without any damage, but that was not the case for many, many people.
Today, I'm talking about my experience with the tornadoes, how to process and handle trauma and also how you can help support relief efforts in Nashville.
